On 6 June, 2018, at the Portuguese Foundation for Communications (FPC) in Lisbon, the inauguration of the exhibition ''Selos Portugueses de Além-Mar'' (Portuguese Stamps from Overseas) took place.
This exhibition, organized by ANACOM and by the FPC, with the support of Cofina, includes stamps that are part of the philatelic collection of former Portuguese overseas territories. The works on display are testimonies documenting the past, as shown through the stamps, which show cultural and identity marks of those peoples.
To mark the inauguration, at 6 p.m. a conversation was held with Professor Patrícia Ferraz de Matos concerning this exhibition.
