Approval of the values of the universal postal service quality indicators reported by CTT in 2017

On 21 June 2018, ANACOM approved a final decision on the quality indicators of the universal postal service reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2017.

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of CTT to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 3 May 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1435849).
