ANACOM's public attendance service in the Azores1 processes requests related to the registration of ITED/ITUR designers and installers, including renewals and amendments, requests related to the amateur and amateur-satellite service and the private land mobile service, and is also able to respond to all requests for information related to matters where ANACOM has responsibility.
The service is open at the following times: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
