Vodafone's request for suspension of effectiveness of ANACOM's decision of 2 August 2018 on the request to intervene for administrative resolution of disputes - non-compliance with procedures for the installation of customer drops under the RPAO

By decision of 7 September 2018, ANACOM granted the request submitted by Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone) on 31 August 2018, and ordered the suspension of the execution of the decision of this Authority of 2 August 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1458596, concerning the administrative resolution of disputes between MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) and Vodafone regarding non-compliance with procedures governing the installation of customer drops pursuant to the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO) - until the complaint filed by Vodafone against the aforementioned decision of 2 August is decided.
