Review of prices of CAM circuits and inter-island circuits 2019

By decision of 17 October 2019, ANACOM has approved a draft decision to revise the prices of circuits connecting Mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira (CAM circuits) and also prices of circuits that connect the various islands of the Azores (inter-island circuits), in the framework of the Leased Lines Reference Offer (LLRO) and Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO).

ANACOM decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of and for the purposes of articles 121 et seq. of Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law), in both cases, interested parties are given a period of twenty working days in which to respond (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
