Decision on CTT's request for deduction of mail shipment records affected by air traffic disruptions in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, for calculation of QSI

By decision of 2 April 2020, ANACOM accepted the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) for deduction of the records of shipments directly of mail affected by traffic disruptions at the airports of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, caused by the Elsa depression and by the strike of the technical maintenance staff of SATA Air Açores, both occurred in December 2019, for calculation of the values of the quality of service indicators (QSI) in 2019.
