By decision of 26 June 2020, ANACOM decided not to object to the transfer, to Rádio Sem Fronteiras - Soc. de Radiodifusão, of the right of use of frequencies (DUF), in the 87.5-108 MHz band, allocated to M90 Radiodifusão, for the provision of a radio programme broadcasting service, of local scope, for the municipality of Vila do Conde, under the terms of number 6 of article 34 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114.
At the same time, ANACOM did not object to the transfer of station license number 20the right of use of frequencies and respective station license number 20247, as well as the radio network license of the fixed service - point-to-point connections under number 520577 and the permit for operation of the radio data transmission system, with the “Linear” programme channel name held by M90.
ANACOM also determined that the effective transfer of the right of use of frequencies is subject to the condition of the Regulatory Entity for the Media (ERC) accepting the request for transfer of the service of programmes named “Radio Linear” and the respective license for the exercise of the radio broadcasting activity of M90 Radiodifusão.
