On 24 November 2021, ANACOM approved draft decisions on issuing the titles of rights of use of frequencies allocated to three winning companies in the 5G Auction (subject to Regulation no. 987-A/2020 of 05 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881), Dense Air, NOS and Vodafone, subsequent to the settlement by these companies of the sums due for the spectrum won following this auction, in accordance with the provisions of the Auction Regulation.
The draft decisions were submitted to prior hearings of the companies concerned, for a maximum period of 10 days. The responses to these procedures will be analysed and the final decision on the corresponding titles will be prepared and published on ANACOM's website.
