Calculation of fees due for carrying out the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services in 2021

On 18 November 2021, pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of Annex II of Administrative Rule No 1473-B/2008, of 17 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549, as amended by Administrative Rule No 296-A/2013, of 2 October, and in accordance with point b) of paragraph 1 of article 105, of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1366216, ANACOM determined as follows:

• to set the value of the t2 contribution rate to be applied to the relevant income of providers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to 2021, at 0.8674%;
• to approve the issue of invoices for the annual fee due for carrying out the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for 2021.
