The Ramalho Ortigão 51 building has the appropriate characteristics to accommodate ANACOM’s headquarters and makes it possible to bring together, in a single space, premises which were previously spread across two buildings on Avenida Jose Malhoa (buildings No 12 and some floors in No 14), which corresponded to two leases and required remodelling works. With this change of premises, in addition to an improvement in working conditions, the costs and disruption which would otherwise be involved in the remodelling of the buildings hitherto leased by ANACOM will no longer be incurred.
