On 21 November 2023, ANACOM approved the extension of the prior hearing and public consultation period on the draft proposal on quality of service parameters and performance targets for the provision of the universal postal service by a further 20 working days.
Interested parties can now submit their comments to the public consultation until 27 December 2023, in writing, in Portuguese and preferably by email to consultaqospostal@anacom.pt.
