Approval of MEO's cost of capital rate for the financial year 2023

By final decision of 28 November 2023, ANACOM approved the cost of capital for MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia for the financial year 2023, the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1764521 of which had been notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union on 17 October 2023.

Following the notification, the EC sent requests for information to ANACOM on 24 and 31 October and received replies on 30 October and 3 November respectively. On 17 November, the EC submitted comments which did not entail any changes to the draft decision.
