By decision of 20 March 2024, and following the decision to revoke the right of use for frequencies held by DENSE AIR in the 3.6 GHz band, ANACOM approved the amendment of ANACOM Title No 3/2021 issued to NOWO Communications, updating the references to the existing restrictions on 20 MHz in the 3.6 GHz band, issuing endorsement No 1 to that effect.
