Telecommunications Group - February 2006

The Council's Telecommunications Group met on 24 February in Brussels to debate the European Commission communication on market analysis (article 7 of the Framework Directive), the Commission communication regarding the 11th Implementation Report and the information from the Presidency on continuation of work after the World Summit on the Information Society.
