The fifth Regulatel Co-directors meeting and the workshop to present the universal service study was held in Mexico City on 14-17 February.
The meeting saw the creation of a new information sharing system by means of the Regulatel website and the formation a new working group specialising in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) issues. The 2005 working group results were also presented.
