Consultation on VoIP and opening of associated numbering range

By determination of 4 November 2005, approval was granted to the launching of a public consultation on the regulatory approach to voice services over IP technology (VoIP), comprising a proposal for the opening of a new numbering range, at a new level of the National Numbering Plan - "30" - which accommodates the provision of general nomadic services.
