Conditions for the deployment of Local Loop Unbundling (LLU)

By determination dated 8 July 2005, approval was given to the proposed draft determination concerning conditions for the deployment of Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), under which PT Comunicações, S.A., must modify its Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO) accordingly within 10 days. Interested parties may voice their opinions, in writing, within 30 working days under the terms of Articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
