COCOM - Brussels

Brussels hosted last 25 October the 23rd meeting of the Communications Committee (COCOM). The meeting included oral presentations on revision of the regulatory framework, international roaming, lists of standards and cell broadcasting. Note also the debate on the European Commission decision concerning the 116 numbering range.
