Draft regulation on the monitoring and measurement procedures of the intensity levels of the electromagnetic fields coming from radiocommunication stations

By deliberation of 15 May 2003, a draft regulation was approved, regarding the monitoring and measurement procedures of the intensity levels of the electromagnetic fields coming from radiocommunication stations, in compliance with the provision of paragraph 2 of article 11 of Decree-Law no. 11/2003 of 18 January. This draft regulation shall be subject to the regulatory process provided for in article 11 of Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 December, which approves the Bylaws of ICP-ANACOM, and notified to the European Commission, as a draft technical regulation, pursuant to Decree-Law no. 58/2000 of 18 April.
