Regulation no. 474/2008, which regulates the public tender for the allocation of a right to use frequencies, on a national basis, for the provision of the publicly available land mobile service in the 450-470 MHz frequency band, has been published in Diário da República (D.R.).
The tender opened on 23 August 2008, the date of the regulation’s entry into force, while the deadline for the submission of applications is at 4pm on 3 October 2008.
The respective tender specifications are available for permanent consultation on the website of ANACOM, as well as in the public attendance office at ANACOM’s headquarters between 9am and 4pm.
