Within the scope of the draft price list for the universal postal service submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A., to prevail as from 1 January 2009, the entry in force of which ANACOM decided not to oppose to by determination of 26 November 2008, this Authority decided, by determination of 17 December 2008, not to oppose likewise to the entry into force of discount schedules associated with the use of mailing machines, submitted by CTT on 28 November 2008.
