This report contains the main results of the survey on the use of postal services conducted by ANACOMand Metris GFK between 2 and 15 November 2006, analysing the use and quality perception of postal services in Portugal.
Among this study's main results stands out the fact that more that two thirds of the users of postal services in Portugal (about 68.8%) said they were ''satisfied'' or ''very satisfied'' with the evolution of the quality of service in the last twelve months, while only 5.2% of users said they were ''not satisfied'' with that evolution.
