Adaptation of the NNP to message-based valued added services - draft (consultation)

By determination of 1 April 2009, ANACOM approved the draft decision regarding the adaptation of the NNP to the amendment made to Decree-Law no. 177/99 of 21 May by Decree-Law no. 63/2009 of 10 March, which creates new rules for message-based valued added services.

This draft decision will be subject to public consultation, and a 20-day period was established for interested parties to comment.
