Management Plan 2010-2012

This publication sets out the strategic vision of ANACOM's Management Board for the three year period 2010-2012, taking into account the past/present context and the new challenges facing the Regulator, as well as the resulting strategic actions. The plan is divided into five chapters: 1 - Mission, vision and values; 2 - Critical factors for success; 3 - Strategic goals and actions for the triennium 2010-2012; 4 - Global Indicators; 5 - Resource Plan and Financial Plan (encompassing the Strategic People Plan and the Investment Plan).
