The European Commission together with the European Law Academy (ERA) held in Brussels last 30 November a seminar for national judges and national regulatory authorities (NRAs) in the scope of Article 7. The seminar covered issues involving the new regulatory framework for electronic communications, analysed the NRAs' new powers and, from another standpoint, looked into the national courts' role in contributing towards consistent regulation of the communications sector.
