- To assure transparency on the provision of information (physical and electrical characteristics and technical and performance specifications), prices (initial connections costs, periodical renting costs and other costs) and provision conditions;
- Price control and cost accounting (to conceive and put into use an adequate cost accounting system; to set cost orientated prices).
