On the basis of the classification of telecommunications services established in Law no. 91/97, of August (Basic Telecommunications Law), this chapter is structured as follows:
A - Public telecommunications network operators and service providers for public use telecommunications:
A.1 Frequency bands and quantity of channels used for operation of radiocommunications networks of public telecommunications network operators or of service providers for public use telecommunications licensed up until August 31, 2000.
A.2 Frequency bands and channels reserved for the year 2001, for the operation of radiocommunications stations of public telecommunications network operators or service providers for public use telecommunications.
B - Owners of private telecommunications networks:
B.1 Frequency bands and quantity of channels used for operation of stations of private radiocommunications networks, as of August 31, 2000.
B.2 Frequency bands and channels reserved for the year 2001, for the operation of private radiocommunications networks.
