Special judicial procedures of company rescue and bankruptcy

Throughout 2010, 35 special judicial procedures of company rescue and bankruptcy were kept under review with 4 bankruptcy cases where ICP-ANACOM was involved as a creditor, in the most part due to claims resulting from the non-payment of fees.
