Given the findings thereof and considering the reasons set out in the report on the consultation procedures, the Management Board of ICP-ANACOM, in accordance with point a) of paragraph 1 of article 32 of the LCE, of paragraph 1 and of point b) of paragraph 2 of article 33 and paragraphs 1 to 4 of article 34 of the Auction Regulation and pursuant to point I) of article 26 of its Statutes, as adopted in annex to Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 December, determines:
1. To approve and make available, for the purposes of implementing the coverage obligations in the 800 MHz band, the list of parishes as tend to lack mobile broadband coverage, as set out in Annex 2, determined in accordance with the methodology described in section II and in Annex 1;
2. To determine, pursuant to the provisions set out in section III, the subsequent notification:
a) of Vodafone, that within a period not exceeding 30 days and based on the list in Annex 2, it make selection of 160 parishes;
b) of TMN, that, within a period not exceeding 30 days and based on the list in Annex 2, as updated with the selection of the parishes selected by Vodafone, it make selection of 160 parishes; and
c) of Optimus, providing Optimus with the list of remaining parishes.
