Transfers of rights of use of numbering included the following in 2012:
- Approval, by determination of 4 May 2012, of the transfer of rights of use of numbering resources held by AR Telecom - Acessos e Rede de Telecomunicações, S.A. (AR Telecom) to AR Telecom (designation adopted by SGC Ar Telecom - SGPS, S.A.) following the merger with AR Telecom and WTS), whilst ensuring fulfilment of the condition of effective and efficient use of numbering, in accordance with point b), paragraph 1 of article 37 of the ECL.
- Approval, on 7 December 2012, of a draft decision on the transmission to PTC of rights of use of numbering resources held by PT Prime - Soluções Empresariais de Telecomunicações e Sistemas, S.A.
