14.6. Rules governing use of 18xy numbers of the NNP for information services - other directories

By determination of 11 October 2012, ICP-ANACOM approved the draft ''Rules governing the use of 18xy numbers under the NNP for information services - other directories''. This draft decision set out the rules governing the use of these numbers, which now provide general information services such as information on the location of pharmacies, hospitals, public transport timetables and other services of public or social interest, in addition to telephone directory enquiry services, which, previously, were the only services permissible on this range of numbering. The information services to be provided are typified¹.
