Radiocommunications:

Fees to be applied to radiocommunications - Administrative Rule no. 667-A/2001 of 2 July, corrected by Rectification Declaration no. 14-E/2001 of 31 July;
Categorising stations that need radio licenses, situations of exemption from network or station licenses, guidelines for the award of radio licenses and requirements for the respective technical projects - Notice published in the Diário da República (Series III) on 18 September 2001.

Terminal Equipment:

Digital Television:

Regulation on the public tender for awarding a license to establish, operate and manage a platform for digital terrestrial television - Administrative Rule no. 346-A/2001 of 6 April;

ITED:

Approval of criteria that comply with paragraphs c) and d) of section 3 of article 23, approval of the certificate of conformity model to be issued by the certifying entities, as well as steps referred to in section 2 of article 42, and all of Decree-Law no. 59/2000 of 19 April - Notice published in the Diário da República (Series III) on 28 April 2001.

Creation of an Internet site where job offers in public administration are published, as well as a site for job offers in the science and technology field - Council of Ministers Resolution no. 24/2001 of 1 March;
