- The resources assigned should be activated within six months counting from the date of their assignment, after which the ICP may require a justification, on penalty of recovering these resources.
- Resource users should provide the ICP with information about:
- the date on which the resources allocated to them are being deactivated;
- any other substantial alteration that occurs in relation to the use being made of the assigned resources.
- The recipient of a primary assignment may not transfer or sell their assigned resources, except in exceptional circumstances and with prior authorisation of the ICP.
