6. Terms and conditions associated with secondary assignments

- Secondary assignments should be made in accordance with the National Numbering Plan and in compliance with the principles of equity and transparency; they should also follow the appropriate international Recommendations.

- Secondary assignments do not imply the transfer of the ownership of the resource, but merely the right to use it. The recipient shall not be able to transfer or sell the resources assigned.

- The recipient of a secondary assignment should have the right to resources that are not frequently addressed by error.
