- In cases in which the applicant, at the date of the request, does not fulfil all the applicable conditions established in 3https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=17265, or in the case of other reasons that prevent the assignment of the resources requested, the applicant may request that the ICP reserve these resources.
- Reservation of resources may only take place when an effective and reasoned justification is presented by the applicant.
- Reservations terminate as soon as the required conditions for assignment are satisfied and the assignment is concluded.
- Reservations may be maintained for a period of up to six months, renewable on a reasoned request, for a period of equal or less duration.
