According to compiled data, it is reported that the Tariff Monitor was accessed 10,363 times in 2009 and used to carry out 11,622 operations.

In terms of the different features available, particular use was made of the tariff monitor to consult tariffs, to simulate monthly consumption and make call comparisons. Over the course of 2009, 6,473 tariff consultations were made, together with 2,009 simulations of monthly consumption and 524 call comparisons.
