ANACOM signed a cooperation protocol on 22 December 2009 with INA - Instituto Nacional de Administração (National Institute for Public Administration).
The objective of this protocol is to develop specific competence in public matters, internationalisation, management, leadership and innovation, and also in thematic areas of communications, in the context of Advanced Training for Technicians and Managers of ARCTEL-CPLP Regulators and entities working in the communications sector.
The first session took place between 30 November and 15 December and was attended by 21 technicians from communications regulators/administration from across Portuguese-speaking Africa and Brazil.
