Barbara Delaney
Barbara Delaney is the Consumer Policy Manager with the Irish Communications Regulator, ComReg. Over the past 20 years, Barbara has held a number of management roles with private businesses and public sector and she has a wide range of experience of IT, communications and regulatory organisations. Barbara has worked with ComReg for 9 years since joining in 2001 as IT Manager. Since 2005, Barbara has been responsible for Consumer aspects of ComReg’s role. As part of her current role in ComReg, Barbara is responsible for ComReg’s Disability Forum established to work towards improving the accessibility of electronic communications services in the Irish market.
Barbara’s primary degree is in Information Technology and she holds a Masters degree in Management.
