ANACOM has decided, by determination of 29 January 2010, to approve the draft decision to repeal the act of granting of rights of use of frequencies associated with Multiplexers B to F and, as a consequence, the five titles which substantiate the rights assigned to PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), without forfeiture of the guarantee bond. It was likewise determined that the decision to repeal shall be retroactive in effect from the date of this draft decision.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of PTC, and to the general consultation procedure, whereby a period of 20 working days is provided for interested parties to comment within the scope of both procedures. There comments must be received no later than 1 March 2010, and should preferably be sent by e-mail to consulta.revogacao.muxes.bf@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses given will be published on this website, whereby interested parties should clearly indicate any items considered confidential.
