By determination of February 2010, ANACOM has given approval to the final decision on the amendments to be made to the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO).
Approval was likewise given to the report of the prior hearing and of the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, subsequent to determination of 25 August 2009. As part of this consultation process, besides the European Commission which made no observations, comments were received from the following undertakings: Associação dos Operadores de Telecomunicações - APRITEL, Onitelecom, PT Comunicações, Sonaecom and Vodafone Portugal.
This decision was notified to the European Commission and the national regulatory authorities of the other member states, under the terms of and for the purposes of the provisions of article 57 of Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February.
