By the determination of 8 July 2005, the decision regarding the termination of calls on the public telephone network at a fixed location of notified operators with significant market power (SMP), with the exception of PT Group companies, was approved.
This measure was taken in the context of the price control obligation that had been imposed on these operators, by the deliberation of 17 December 2004, in relation to the applicable obligations in the market in question (market 9).
