By determination of 15 April 2010 and in compliance with paragraph 2 of Resolution of Council of Ministers No 26/2009, published on 17 March, ANACOM gave approval to the draft of the detailed plan for the cessation of terrestrial analogue transmissions (plan for the switch-off).
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of PT Comunicações, RTP, SIC and TVI, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for under article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, whereby interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to respond with respect to both procedures. As such, comments should be received no later than 18 May 2010 and should be sent, preferably, by email to consulta.plano-switch-off@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.plano-switch-off@anacom.pt. Each email may contain one or more files as long as the total size of all files does not exceed 10 megabytes and, if necessary, comments may be divided into two or more emails.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, commentary received will be published on this website, whereby respondents should clearly mark any items considered confidential.
