The third meeting of the European Committee for Postal Regulation (CERP) project team (PT) devoted to Postal Service Consumers was held in Lisbon last 7-8 April, hosted by ANACOM and under German co-ordination (BNetzA).
The gathering's main goal was to debate and work out the agenda of projects envisaged for 2010. Case studies were also presented by some participants on the respective national regulatory authorities' role in protecting the interests of postal service consumers and the latest developments affecting CERP/CEPT and its structure were discussed.
