On 6 November 2007 ANACOM issued the declaration which grants permission to ACP - Comunicações Electrónicas, Unipessoal, Lda. to provide the mobile telephone service as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), and to further provide services reselling short data (SMS) traffic, internet access services and other data transmission services.
