ANACOM has decided to rectify the determination of 3 October 2007 which gives approval to the method for the assessment of a margin squeeze in broadband offers provided by the PT Group - 1:50 contention offers.
Besides the rectification of the material errors detected in formulas (26) and (29) of the determination concerned, the opportunity was taken to present some clarifications on the most efficient procedures to be adopted in the use of formula (16) in the determination, which is seen as being useful for market agents.
