The first meeting has taken place today of the ANACOM-ANRT permanent working group, which was set up as part of the bilateral cooperation between ANACOM and its Moroccan counterpart, Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télécommunications (ANRT) (National Agency of Telecommunications Regulation).
The chairs of both regulators attended the meeting, along with the heads of many specific areas.
The current cooperation protocol for the area of telecommunications was formalised in April 2007 as part of the IX Portuguese-Moroccan Summit.
