ANACOM has stated its position on the termination of fixed telephone service (FTS) contracts in case of suspension of the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) due to subscriber payment default, under the terms of clarification issued on 13 November 2006, which follows a previous clarification, dated 4 October 2006.
