ANACOM approved a decision on conditions for the provision of bundled network line and traffic offers by companies of the PT Group.
This measure, dated 22 March 2007, establishes that companies of the PT Group may provide retail offers that bundle network line and traffic, insofar as some requirements are met: these companies must request that beneficiaries provide billing and collection data for all services rendered, by companies of the PT Group, or by other companies where the services are billed and charged by companies of the PT Group, on SLRO accesses (subscriber line resale offer), at established prices, ANACOM must be also made aware of such data; amendment of the SLRO reference proposal so as to include ANACOM’s view stated in determination of 15 March 2007 (conditions for the inclusion of ISDN accesses); moreover, offers must comply with applicable obligations, especially cost-orientation of prices, non-discrimination and transparency.
Companies of the PT Group will accordingly amend and publish the SLRO reference proposal within 10 working days.
This determination integrates the report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 9 February 2007, which includes a summary of replies received and ANACOM’s views on raised issues.
