ANACOM’s chairman, José Amado da Silva, was interviewed for the programme ''Balanço & Contas'' (Balance and Accounts), broadcast on RTP 2 on Saturday, 17 March at 9p.m.
The interview, which was conducted by journalist Sérgio Figueiredo, covered a range of issues connected to the communications sector, especially Sonaecom’s failed bid for Portugal Telecom (PT), the universal service, digital terrestrial television and the market consultation launched by ANACOM on the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP) for 2007.
The interview also received front page coverage in today’s (19 March) edition of Jornal de Negócios.
