ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the conditions concerning the provision of bundled network line and traffic offers by companies of the PT Group.
This measure, taken on 9 February 2007, establishes that the companies of the PT Group may provide retail offers which bundle access and telephone traffic, insofar as the offers comply with applicable obligations, namely cost orientation of prices, non discrimination and transparency, from the determined dates onwards. Once the final decision is adopted, the companies of the PT Group must amend and publish the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) reference proposal.
This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, under articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, who may assess the issue in writing within 10 working days.
